Cuustomer, a Belgian start-up, assists companies in managing their costs more effectively. The firm provides a unique "Purchase as a Service" solution, aiming to be a valuable resource for cost management within Belgium. Additionally, they offer a free platform for comparing different B2B product and service suppliers.

Founded in 2019 by Florent Hainaut, known for Bridgewater Consulting, Cuustomer has closely collaborated with Fabergast. We helped develop their brand identity and designed the user interface for their B2B platform and management tool. Employing a community-centric strategy, we leveraged LinkedIn's professional community for content creation and feedback, guiding Cuustomer's progress.
